This framework provides a way to analyze each of "Hawadi Lead" qualities from different perspectives, highlighting their inherent characteristics, the actions they drive, their role within a system, the results they produce, and their ultimate impact


Remember that these categories are interconnected, just like the qualities themselves.

Haldoor" (Decision Maker) who is also "Aamin" (Trustworthy) will likely have a more positive and lasting impact.


Haldoor (Decision Maker)Qualities/Traits

Haldoor in the Somali context is expected to make decisions that consider the well-being and harmony of the community or group

Thoughtful Deliberation: While decisive, Haldoor doesn't rush into decisions. They gather necessary information, consult with relevant stakeholders (elders, experts, community representatives – reflecting the Shura or consultation tradition), and carefully weigh the potential consequences, especially in a context where decisions can have wide-ranging social impacts

Clear Communication: Once a decision is made, "Haldoor" communicates it clearly and effectively, explaining the rationale behind it. This transparency is crucial for building understanding and acceptance within the community

Responsibility and Accountability: They take full responsibility for the decisions they make and are accountable for the outcomes, both positive and negative. This reinforces trust and demonstrates strong leadership
